Finished “La Bruja” and before you knew it, it was gone!  Just when I was starting to fall in love with her she gave me the finger.  Glad she is going to a good home in New Zealand!

Its inspired me to do a new series of paintings.  Really fascinated by the art and beauty of Mexico’s day of the dead (dia de los muertos) celebration.  The true representation of Halloween.  The make up and the costumes are beautifully done.  Some more elaborate than others but spectacular in colour and drama.
